1991 Budweiser Columbia Cup

Budweiser Columbia Cup in Tri-Cities

The Miss Madison added Kellogg's Frosted Flakes as a boat sponsor, while other boats boasted new names and logos such as Super Range Golf (U-8) and Miss Go Bowling (U-7).

(Heat 2A) was like a bad dream for (Scott) Pierce and (Mark) Tate as the Winston Eagle slid into the Miss Budweiser causing extensive sponson damage to both boats.

The final heat held some tense moments for the crowd as Kellogg's Frosted Flakes hit some rough water in lap three and flipped upside down. Driver Mike Hanson emerged from the water suffering no serious injuries.
